FREE VPK Registration
VPK is available free to families of 4-year-olds who live in Florida! Eligible children must be born between September 2, 2005 and September 1, 2006. For proof of age (bring one): birth certificate, blue shot record (signed by doctor), passport, or military ID. In addition, your child’s Social Security number is required.For proof of residency (bring one): driver’s license, utility bill, military orders, lease agreement, mortgage or pay stub. The address MUST MATCH the address on the application. Duval County: You may bring the required documents listed above to the Early Learning Coalition office at 6850 Belfort Oaks Place, Suite 102 or to one of the regional sign-ups at the locations and dates listed here. A list of participating Duval County VPK providers is available here.
